Fabiana Akemi
Fabiana Akemi Suenaga holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista and a Master’s in Industrial Economics from Carlos III University of Madrid. With extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, she has led strategic purchasing and supplier negotiations for large-scale industrial projects in the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors.
Fabiana combines her expertise in project management and business consulting with a focus on innovation and operational efficiency, contributing significant value to USHER’s mission to drive impactful solutions for its clients.
Purificación Pujol
Purificación Pujol Capilla holds a PhD in Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and has a professional career spanning over 18 years as a judge, an experience that has allowed her to delve deeply into the interpretation of the legal framework with a strategic approach. She is an expert in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and due diligence processes, advising companies on the implementation of strategies that integrate sustainability and regulatory compliance.
Purificación has served as an advisor and consultant specializing in optimizing legal strategies, strengthening corporate governance, and leading complex projects in both national and international contexts.

Ángel Sánchez Aristi
Ángel Sánchez Aristi is a senior executive with extensive experience in banking and strategic consulting. He has served as COO, Commercial Manager, and Business Development Manager in global, national, and SME companies, driving growth plans, market expansion, and strategic client retention. Fernando Aldana Laso
Fernando Aldana Laso is an Industrial Engineer from the Technical School of Industrial Engineers at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from IESE. He has developed his career in the area of Finance and Risk within the Industrial, Insurance, and Consulting sectors, participating in numerous business acquisition, sale, and restructuring processes. Additionally, for over 15 years, he has been a professor in the Business Administration area at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. Fernando brings his expertise to USHER to drive growth and business excellence.
Michel Pinteaux
Michel Pinteaux holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from NEOMA Business School and a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Social Sciences from the University Claude Bernard Lyon I. He has built a distinguished career leading large teams in the B2B services, logistics, security, and operations management sectors.
His extensive experience includes corporate strategy, business development, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects, with an international career spanning Europe, the United States, North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Michel has successfully led structuring and growth initiatives, establishing strong relationships with business partners of all sizes.

Antonio P. Martínez
Antonio P. Martínez is an internal auditor with over 25 years of international experience in the financial sector. He has led audit functions within various entities of a major financial corporation in Spain, Germany, the United States, Puerto Rico, and Switzerland. His career spans the supervision of audits in areas such as Private Banking, Corporate Banking, Treasury, and Asset Management, with a particular focus on IT audits, cybersecurity, and data analytics. Antonio holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Cantabria and a Master’s in Big Data and Data Science Applied to Economics and Business from UNED. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. He has also been a speaker at international forums on auditing and emerging technologies.
Enrique Manzanares
Enrique Manzanares holds a degree in Economic Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid and is a Commercial Technician and State Economist for Spain by the Ministry of Economy. Additionally, he has pursued university studies in law and information sciences at the same university and has been a professor at the Diplomatic School of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Enrique has extensive training in managing large projects, including courses from the EU Commission.
Enrique has a distinguished professional career in various fields. He has been an advisor for investment fund managers such as TELL GROUP (USA) and PEGASUS CAPITAL Advisors (USA), a member of the PLIFF financial program (Mediterranean), and coordinator of the Multilateral Antenna at Loyola University.
Enrique has served as Executive Director for Spain at the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) and as an economic and commercial advisor at Spanish embassies in Libya, Argentina, and South Africa. He has held key roles in the Ministries of Economy and Industry and Commerce of Spain, as well as in the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE). His experience includes high-level consulting for national governments in Africa, the Caribbean, and Latin America on structural reforms and investment promotion.
Enrique has co-founded and directed research foundations in renewable energy and has been a member of the advisory board of the AFRICAN UTILITY WEEK. Enrique brings to USHER his vast experience, professionalism, and strategic vision to enhance the efficiency and excellence in large-scale projects.

Gilles Raynal
Gilles Raynal brings over 40 years of recognized experience in logistics, transportation, and industrial mobility to USHER Consulting. Holding a Higher Technical Diploma (BTS) in Transportation from Lycée Rive Gauche in Toulouse and advanced certifications in logistics management, Gilles has led teams of up to 1,200 employees and overseen operations generating more than €20 million in annual revenue.
A visionary entrepreneur, he has founded and developed successful businesses offering innovative solutions in logistics, industrial safety, and mobility. Philippe Storti holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from IAE Lyon, France, and has over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in Finance and Operations as CFO for Accor Middle East & Africa
Philippe advises on acquisitions, due diligence, feasibility studies, and financial governance, delivering high-impact projects such as the launch of Dixil Hotel in Tangier (Morocco) and shared service centers in Africa.

Xavier Raynal
Xavier Raynal holds a graduated in Architecture and a Master’s level qualification as a Manager from EM Lyon. He began his career in the field of construction and civil engineering before transitioning to the construction equipment sector with dedicated services.
Xavier has held various roles, ranging from technical sales representative to agency manager, regional director, and more recently, president of his own consulting company. He has developed his expertise primarily in the industrial and construction sectors in Southern France, working with internationally renowned groups such as BRAND, PERI, and ALTRAD.
